With PlusRoamer II you can create your own Communities, or special interest groups, and elect to have them designated as either Private or Public. Public Groups can be joined by anyone. Private Groups are those you control by selectively adding and/or removing members. 
Your Community Groups
This section is for private groups that you create and maintain. 

Create New Group
Click on this link to create a new group.  You will be taken to a new page to create your group.

Show To Public?
This determines whether or not the group information will be displayed for anyone to see or not. If you select this to be a Public Group, it will appear on the Public Group lists for all other PlusRoamer account holders to see.

Group Title
Enter a title for your group here. 

Group Description
Enter a description of your group here. There is plenty of room provided for you, so be as elaborate as you like! 

Add New Group-Start Over
Click the Add New Group Button to add this group to your Community Group list. Or, click on the Start  Over button to begin again.

Once you have created your group it will be displayed in your community groups table. 
Group Title
This is the title of the group.

Group Owner
This is the name of the person who created the group. Click on the name to bring up a new message form with the email address of the owner in the To field.

Page
Click on this to display a list of group management activities available for your group.

List Group Members
This will display a current list of group members, providing their username, real name, and telephone number.

Add A New Community Group
You may create another group from here.

Edit Existing Group Information
Edit the group information you originally entered for the group such as the group title or description.

Add User to Community Group
Add new members to your group.  You will need the Username to add a member.

Remove User from Community Group
Remove a member from your group. You will need the Username to remove the member.

Group Calendar of Events
You can add events, modify events, view and delete events for your group. First select the date for your event, then click on the Add Event button. You will be taken to a page where you can enter a title, description, start and finish date for your event, as well as lots of other useful information. When you are finished, click the ADD button at the bottom of the page. Your event will be added to the Community Calendar for all members to see.

Group Discussion Board
Each of your groups will have their own discussion board that you can control from here.

WebBoard Administration Tools
These tools allow you to remove messages from your board.

Remove Individual Messages
This allows you to selectively remove messages from the board.

Remove Entire Threads
This allows you to selectively remove entire threads form the board

Chop Messages From Bottom
This allows you to remove a specific number of the oldest messages from the board.

Community Center
Takes you to the  Community Center for the selected group.

Group Calendar 
Takes you to the Calendar for the currently selected group calender

Post New Message 
Lets you post a message to the WebBoard.

Search
You may perform a search of the messages posted to the board.  You may search in the body of the message, or in the subject or author fields.

Public Community Groups
You may create Public Groups the same way you create private groups as explained in the Your Community Groups section  of this manual. However, please note that there are a few important differences. Public Groups are viewed by all PlusRoamer account holders. To view all Public Groups, click on the List Public Groups link in the Public Community Groups section.  All current Public Groups will be displayed for you with their title, description, and a Join Request link. 
Join Request
If you wish to join a group click on the Join Request link. A pre addressed New Message will be displayed so that you can easily send your request to the group owner.
Log Out
When you are finished working in your PlusRoamer II account use the Log Out link.   This is especially important if you share a computer and wish to maintain your privacy.
